Are you passionate about beauty and excellence in permanent makeup? Impressive Brows is looking for a part time talented and dedicated Master Assistant to enhance our team.  With this opportunity, your skills will contribute to impeccably beautiful permanent makeup results and outstanding client satisfaction.   This is a long term position for someone that wants to help Impressive Brows grow and reach our vision.  Note: There may be possibilities of training for a PMU tech after 6 months.

Your Role:

• Assist master artists before, during, and after procedures.
• Check clients in and out.
• Assist with all front desk tasks.
• Assist with client consultations.
• Ensure a safe environment by maintaining sterile and organized workstations. 
• Engage with clients, helping them feel informed and at ease with the process. 
• Capture transformative before and after photos/videos, crafting engaging marketing material. 
• Assist in brow mapping for perfect, artful symmetry. 
• Apply anesthetic with care for a comfortable PMU experience.
• Facilitate a seamless workflow by handling tools and pigments efficiently. 
• Ensure client comfort, addressing any concerns with a calming presence. 
• Perform thorough clean-up and disinfection after each session. 
• Document procedure details meticulously
• Provide clear aftercare instructions to ensure optimal healing. 
• Streamline the checkout process for a great parting impression. 
• Assist the sales team as needed.

We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in the beauty industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and communicative prowess.

Impressive Brows Academy is looking for part time sales/media associates to help us acquire permanent makeup clients and students, grow our academy, and reach our vision.

Your Role:

• Assist the call center in answering phones and texts, booking appointments, and providing great customer service.
• Recruit permanent makeup students for our academy.
• Ensure all client appointments are confirmed through texting and/or calls.
• Assist in developing permanent makeup marketing, sales, and advertising campaigns for social media.
• Produce maximum results for our social media platforms, including Facebook Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
• Create media for our website, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Assist with our eLearning strategy and content.
